Acrobat App is failed to launch

Hello! Why I can no longer access Adobe Acrobat.. i used to access it until I uninstalled/reinstalled.It"s stuck on the logo. Help!!!

Sorry to hear about that.
Would you help us more about the device information like Os name and version installed? Is iOS or Android? 
Why did you uninstall it initially? What was happening? Have you tried re-starting your device and launching the app again?

Hello Tariq,

Thank you for getting back to me. I uninstalled it when I tried to open a
pdf file with Adobe Acrobat to highlight some information from that file.
However, upon trying it to load it stuck in the logo. I tried to relaunch,
force stop, nothing happens so I uninstalled and reinstalled it still
nothing. Not sure what to do now, I really love this app.

Im using an Android 9.0 phone. See attached file, that's the only thing I
see.

Would you help us with more information about your device:

  • Make and model of the device.
  • The current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader version?
  • Is it your personal or Company managed device?
