Acrobat crashes after sending pdf as email attachment

Android app, Adobe acrobat version 24.9.4.35580

After editing pdf by drawing a signature, it is sent as an email attachment through gmail

The pdf is emailed successfully but when returning to the document, the screen has a grey translucent overlay which renders all operations worthless. I am unable to continue working on the document. If I press the back key, the document closes and I lose all data I entered and have to start again.

Your message indicates that this is a probem with the Android app. I will move your question to the appropriate forum.

    Hi @jasdipb96533293

Thank you for reaching out to us. I hope you are doing well!

I have attempted to replicate the issue on my end, but the application appears to be functioning as expected. To help us better understand and address the problem you're encountering, could you please provide the following details:

    1. Device Information: The make and model of the device you're using.
    2. Operating System: The specific version of the OS installed on your device.
    3. Video Recording: If possible, kindly share a brief video demonstrating the steps you are taking and where the issue occurs. This will allow us to analyze the situation more effectively.

In the meantime, I recommend to restart the device, sometimes a simple reboot can clear up any temporary glitches.

Once we have the above information, we'll be in a better position to assist you further. Thank you for your patience.

    ~Amal
