Acrobat export reader mobile problem.

I have a problem with acrobat export reader mobile for android because not export files to docs or doc or excel even if they are a few KB.

The report error is: "The document cannot be exported because it is too large"

but the file is small.

Help me, thanks.

Could you post a sample file?

What is your mobile device, and what is your OS and version? What is your Acrobat and version?
