Hi,

My adobe acrobat is crashing on my new iPhone 15 and I can't find a solution.  My IOS system is 18.5, the adobe acrobat is the most up to date version. I've restarted my device and redownloaded acrobat. Still having the same problem. I can't get in the app at all. I have a screen recording if that can assist.

Mine just started crashing, I also use the app everyday and have not experienced any problems untill an hour ago. The app keeps crashing seconds after starting. Uninstalling, restarting, reinstalling does not work.

Same here, happening on my iPad Mini and my boss's iPad Air. Both up-to-date and functioning fine until around 10:45. App crashes almost immediately after opening.

Hello,

Sorry for the troubled experience.
I have shared the information internally with the product team. The team is actively triaging this issue. As soon we have an update will keep this discussion updated.

Hi, lots of comments about the new update. I just wanted to say that I use this almost continuously throughout the day. If the update was 6 days ago then it isn't directly to blame. I've had no issues until this afternoon and it worked perfectly fine even this morning.

There have been a few niggles in the last week, such as new documents or edits not saving properly in the document cloud. These issues are almost worse than it simply crashing because there's no indication of a problem if you trust that your edit is as you left it. Eg: Unless you know for sure that you definitely added/completed a field within a form which is no longer completed, it's easy to miss the glitch. I noticed this, almost by accident, on Friday and have had to go back through hundreds of documents as a result. I guess I should be thankful that I can now narrow this down to those created over the last 6 days if the update is to blame.

These documents are forming contracts in a lot of cases, with huge legal ramifications. I'd rather the app crashed than send a document to a client for signing that has missing or incorrect information.
I'm aware that technology has its issues and I'm by no means at all qualified to be diagnosing or fixing these issues! I'm posting this in the hope that it narrows down the issue and will enable a resolution.

Thank you for keeping us in the loop!
