Acrobat-Login bei Mobilgerät fehlgeschlagen

Hallo, hat jemand das Problem, dass der Login bei Adobe Acrobat am Telefon nicht funktioniert? Bei mir kommt schon seit längerer Zeit die Meldung "Versuchen Sie es später erneut". Es ist alles auf dem neuesten Stand und das Abo ist aktiv. Beim Telefon handelt es sich um ein Android-Betriebssystem.

 

Wäre für jegliche Hilfe sehr dankbar!

    Could you confirm a few details?

    1. Do you have Adobe scan installed too? And is it signed in?

    2. If possible, please share a video of the issue.

    3. App version?

    4. Make and model of the device and Android version?

    A similar issue was reported by a few other users too and it is now fixed in the recent update. Could you update the app and check if the issue still persists.
