Acrobat mobile won’t update on iOS

  • After many, many attempts to update Acrobat on iOS mobile, there has been no success. This has been going on for over a year, but I'm only now choosing to alert Adobe to the issue. 
    please advise on how to remedy the situation.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

Would you mind sharing a screen recording of the situation when you try to update the application?

 

Also, have you checked if this issue is with Acrobat or all the applications? 

 

You might want to check the available storage on your device. You can go to Settings -> General-> iPhone Storage.

No screen recording.
Space is not an issue.
Only happens with Acrobat

What happens when you try to manually update the application? Do you see any errors? If yes, please share a screenshot, at least for the error, so that we can investigate further.
