Purchased subscription for one month but it's not working and not able to restore

Hi there

 

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

 

I have checked the Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and found an active plan for Acrobat Premium. What happens when you try to use the application, do you get any error message? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for more clarity.

 

Also try updating the Acrobat App from the Play Store (Android) and reboot the device once and see if that works.
