Acrobat on iPad now not allowing me to send documents for signature

Question

I have been using iPad to send the same documents for the last 3 years now suddenly the signature field has disappeared every time i send the document to be signed. I have a form that has several signature blocks and now it deletes those blocks before sending but all the other fields are unaffected.How can I get back to how this was before sending my document to be signed from my iPad.
