Acrobat on iPad opens an old version of a fie

I have an online file here

This is updated regularly. 
I chose open in acrobat but it always opens an old version of the document and not the one I am seeing on the web. 
I have deleted all the previous versions of the file from my pad,the cloud and adobe cloud. I downloaded the latest version. When I open this I still get an older version. I searched here but nothing. Any ideas?

    Can you post a screenshot of what you're seeing, compared to what it should look like?

    First shows the document in the browser. Second shows document in acrobat reader
