Acrobat pdf gets scraped

While working on iPad Pro, the file gets scraped when we save it . Is it the problem with the app?  I have been using it since two years but this issue is faced since a month .

1. Application version?

2. iOS version?

3. If possible could you share some screenshots that show results before and after saving the files?
