Question

Acrobat premium account not recognized on new device

I purchased an annual Acrobat Premium account on my iPad 2-weeks ago and wanted to use it on my iPhone. The app on my iPhone opens up, but when I try to edit a PDF, it takes me to the subscription page. Even if I choose the 'subscribe' button, it says I'm already subscribed. I've tried deleting/reinstalling the app, but get the same result. There doesn't seem to be a screen where I can log in my credentials (login & password) just to confirm I am the account owner. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hello @thomasd5jtlegri

I hope you're doing great, and sorry for the issue you're experiencing.

Could you please try to switch the network on your device?

If you're using your Wi-Fi, please switch to cellular data and check if it works.

Are you logging in with your Apple ID or Adobe ID? Kindly log in with Apple ID or Adobe ID (email), whichever you used while purchasing the subscription.

Also, Try to restore your purchase with the help of this article: -

https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobat/ios/en/managingsubscriptions.html#restore-a-subscription

If the issue persists, could you help us with some details -

1. Application version.

2. Device name and version.

3. A screenshot or video of the workflow you're doing.

Hoping to hear from you soon.

Regards,

Krutikka
