Acrobat Premium iPasOs edits not working

Hello I have the yearly Acrobat premium on the iPad pro but recently I cannot edit my PDF's. All the other features work except the Edit PDF.

 

I have already un-installed the app, resarted the ipad and reinstalled the app, signed in and also restored my subscription but still no means to edit pdf's.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

I checked your account and saw an active subscription for Reader Mobile.

 

Are you using login through Apple or using Google Sign in? Also, the entitlement is directly on your email address, so there is no possibility of a masked ID.

 

Would you mind sharing a screen recording video of the entire event? Like, from the point you log in to your account, all the way to your profile which shows a free user.
