Acrobat Premium Read Aloud only uses offline robotic voices and keeps loading on iOS(iphone)

I’m paying for Acrobat Premium on iOS, but Read Aloud no longer uses Premium/online natural voices. It only uses offline robotic voices. When I start Read Aloud, it plays for a short time, pauses by itself, and keeps spinning/loading like it is downloading. This happens with all PDF files.

 

I already restarted my iPhone, updated Acrobat, deleted and reinstalled the app, signed out and signed back in, tested Wi-Fi and cellular, and tested multiple PDFs.

 

Please escalate this to the Acrobat Reader Mobile team. It seems like my Premium Read Aloud voice entitlement is not syncing with Adobe servers.

    Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble you are experiencing. 

     

    As mentioned, this is happening with all the PDFs and you have tried most of the troubleshooting steps with no luck, please share the version of the Acrobat Mobile App and the iOS you are using? 

     

    Also a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs would be very helpful to get this investigated further by our development team.
