I subscribed to Adobe acrobat premium for IOS but when I go to the app and sign in it says there's no subscription to restore and wants me to pay for another year.

Hi @Brad350575947585,

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for the trouble.

I checked your email address registered here in the community and cannot find an active subscription for Acrobat Premium.

Please let me know what error you get when trying to use Acrobat. A screenshot of the error would be great.

If the application is unable to identify the subscription, you may try a few steps below:

1. Logout from Acrobat Reader Mobile;

2. Restart the device;

3. Log in back to the device.

If these do not work, you may try restoring the subscription. Please refer to the link to learn how to restore the subscription: Manage subscriptions — Acrobat for iOS Help (adobe.com)

Also, you might want to check if you are logged in using Apple ID and not Google.

Let me know if this helps.

Thanks,

Souvik.

Hi there!

I am having trouble getting access to my company's subscription to Adobe (All Apps). It says I'm a free user in every iOS app when I have active subscription on my desktop or web.

Hi @Derek24062914d1td,

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

I suggest checking with your company's IT team to see if you have access to sign in to Reader Mobile with your company's account.

I am also having this issue. I just paid £7.99 as I want to use Acrobat Premium just for 1 month yet when I try to export my pdf as a jpeg it is offering me to subscribe for premium again. I have an email with my order number if there is any way I can send that to you. I am very annoyed as I have paid yet it's not giving me paid access.

I am having the same issue but on Android. I have logged out then back in, I cleared the cache, uninstalled then reinstalled and still nothing.
