Hi @haide_8774,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with using the premium features on Acrobat Reader Mobile.

I checked your account registered on the community, and saw an active subscription for Acrobat Premium.

Some initial level observations:

1. The purchase is made through the Samsung Galaxy Store, and there might be some issues when trying to use the subscription if you have downloaded the app through the Google Play Store.

If you are unsure of the source of the download, you can uninstall and reinstall directly from the Samsung Galaxy Store.

2. Since the subscription shows as active on our end, there could be high chances of a mix-up of the email address you might be using to log in to the application, thus hampering your experience.

If none of the above apply to you, please share a few pieces of information for further investigation:

1. The app version of Acrobat Reader Mobile you are using (go to Home > Profile > About Acrobat);

2. Try the steps: Home > Profile > Manage subscription > Activate Subscription (share a screenshot if unsucessful);

3. Are you trying to work with any specific file where the app does not allow you to make changes? If yes, please share a sample file with us to test it in-house and get back to you.

Look forward to hearing from you.

Regards,
Souvik.

@haide_8774 try signing out of the Adobe Acrobat app on your mobile device and then signing back in Or restarting your mobile. This will force the app to refresh your account status and recognize your premium features. If that doesn't work, a simple reinstall of the app might be needed to clear any lingering data that's causing the glitch.
