Acrobat Reader for iPad (Combine Function)

Question

Yesterday, I began having an issue with combining two PDF files together when using Acrobat Reader app for iPad.  I've previously used this function for months without an issue.  The app just circles and circles.  The only way to make it stop circling is to sign out and back in, which I've done multiple times, try to combine again, no dice.  I've recreated the files from scratch, same result.  I deleted the app from the device and reinstalled, same result.  Does anyone have a suggestion that I haven't already tried?  I tried to call Adobe but they say they do not support Acrobat Reader for iPad.

The description shows that you have already tried all the possible troubleshooting steps to make this work.

To understand the root cause of this issue, we'd like to know a couple of things:

1- if you experience this issue with multiple file or any specific one?

2- What is the exact file size that you are converting.

3- For testing login to Document Cloud web https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/ and try combining the files there.

Let us know if it works well.

Meanwhile, update you app and OS version to the most recent one.
