Acrobat Reader for iPad updates - the Underline markup feature gone

Over the past 5-6 weeks or so on Acrobat reader for iPad, the interface changed (update?) the std markup features changed several times...? Typically I grab a .pdf file and use the std text, highlight, and underline (different colors) but that capability disappeared. Then 2 weeks ago the interface reverted back randomly (no updates done on my part) and things were good again...
Now, the new interface reappeared & no underline...?

Anyone doing similar markup and noticed these changes?

I really line the underline text feature & I use blue for showing build intensity on my music charts & red underline to show out that section...

Please advise 🙂
