Acrobat reader Samsung phone

My Acrobat reader on my Samsung phone will not open pdfs created by a third party software.  They just show as blank.  Does anyone know of a solution for this?

Sorry for the delayed response. We have released the update that addresses this issue (Android version 21.2.0.17204). We recommend updating your application via the Play Store. If you still face the issue, please use the below-given link to generate a bug report so that we can analyze the root cause.
