Acrobat Reader won't take me to a sign in page

Acrobat Reader is broken. And your chat and phone reps are unable to escalate tech calls involving PHONE apps. Or probably any tech call. No management available either. When I tap Sign In, I am taken to a screen that says Continue, but that button does nothing. I can't use the PHONE app to access anything in the Cloud, or to save anything to the Cloud.

Can you try the following steps and let us know if it works :-
Is there any other Adobe app on your device? If yes, can user try to logout from all Adobe apps from his device and then login via Acrobat app ?
Is there an Adobe accounts in Android Account settings ? Can you please remove the Adobe account from the settings and then login again in the app ? https://support.google.com/android/answer/7664951?hl=en

Delete all Adobe products from phone. Install Reader. Sign in. Install other Adobe apps and sign in.
