Acrobat ready doesn't load PDFs and shows blank/white page

I own a OP5 and after some time the app doesn't open PDFs anymore and instead it loads endless and after some point shows an empty page with only a back button on top left.

After clearing data it worked once - right now the app crashes (after trying this trick again).

Is there a solution?

Hi Ra.la,

Sorry for the trouble caused.

Would you please let us know the details as asked below?

- Adobe Acrobat Reader version installed on your device.

- Android version on the device

- Since when you have started experiencing this issue?

- Do you experience the crash issue with all the PDFs that you open or opening PDF from a particular location?

Did you try once to re-install the application?

If not, sign out of the application and uninstall it.

Reboot the device and then re-install the application from the Play Store.

App Version: 18.0.0.8512

Android Version: 9

Since when: don't no exactly - about 1 month..

Locations: actually everywhere

haven't tried to reinstall it.

I'll try right now

just reinstall doesn't help - I'll try with reboot later.

anyway I have submitted two crash reports.

logging out won't work because the app has to start which doesn't work either right now...
