Acrobat unresponsive

Though I am subscribed for an annual subscription the features for reading and writing aren't available to me and then when I manage my subscription I receive an error.

 

please help

  1. What is the error?
  2.  You can check your subscription status by following this help document:  https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobat/ios/en/troubleshooting.html?#viewing-your-subscriptions

 

Make sure that the app is updated to the latest version.
