Activating subscription on two accounts

Hey, I just started a free trial of acrobat on my mobile using my email. I signed in with the same email on my laptop but it doesn't give me a free trial, it says again to subscribe for a free trial. What should I do to link them both?

I hope you're doing great, and sorry for your experience.

 

Could you check if the email address you are logged in to the store (Google Play Store if Android / AppStore if iOS) with the same email address you are logged into Acrobat Reader Mobile?

If not, please sign out of the application and then back in with the same email.

 

If it still does not help, click on your Profile Icon (on the top right) within Acrobat Reader Mobile> Click on Subscriptions> Restore Subscription.
