Actually I forgot to unsubscribe my trial period it’s been chargedd for 1 year premium acrobat I really don’t need this plan it so how should iI get refund, could you please help me in this case

Can anyone also help me on how to refund my Subscription please? It was auto deducted to my credit card even tho the balance in my acxount was only Php200 plus, and now the renewal was auto charged and it became (Php402.85), now negative. I don't have any plans to renew it but I couldn't find any ways to cancel it. Adobe said that I need to pay first the renewal or manage the payment. Please help me.

I am sorry you forgot to cancel your subscription a year ago. Unfortunately, the account you used for this public discussion thread only contains the subscription you began through Apple today, Thottassery.
