Adding Comments to documents on iPhone

I am unable to write more than three lines when adding comments to documents using Adobe mobile on iPhone.

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

 

Would you mind sharing more details about the issue you are experiencing? Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs, please try with a different PDF file and check.

 

What is the version of the OS and the Acrobat App you are using? To check the version tap on the profile > about Acrobat and check for any missing updates from the App store and see if that works. https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/mobile-app-faq.html

 

If it still doesn't, please share the screen recording of the steps and the issue as it occurs for more clarity.

Hello,

Thank you for your response.

Each time I try to write more than three lines in a comments box, it freezes and closes shortly afterwards.

I am experiencing the same issue with all PDFs.

I am using version 24.11.00 (20241114.191727) of the Adobe Acrobat Reader app and my iPhone is running iOS 18.1.1.
