Question

Adding fonts on Chromebook

Hello,

I am trying to edit a document with Adobe Acrobat Pro on Chromebook. When I edit text, I see that the original font is recognised and I see its name in the menu. However, once I start editing the word, the font changes.

How can I keep the original font or install the fonts that I need?

Thank you

Hi @arturasn29344235,

We have rolled out an update for Acrobat Reader Mobile which now identifies fonts activated or purchased using the Creative Cloud Account and reflects on the Acrobat App.

Would you mind giving it a try and letting us know if it works?

Look forward to hearing from you.

Hi @arturasn29344235

As the PDF can be made from different sources with a vast variety of fonts available in the market today, and if the font is not available/supported in the Reader mobile app then it changes the fonts to the ones which are supported. Currently adding new fonts is only available on Acrobat DC desktop (Windows or Mac) and Acrobat Reader for iPad.

Let us know if that helps.

Thanks,

Harsh
