Adobe 8 or higher

I have an iPhone and I am trying to get messages from my unemployment for a couple months now! It says I need an Adobe 8 reader or higher! I called adobe and the guy a talked to was super nice and helpful but couldn't fix my problem! He told me to post on here and you would send me the link that I needed! Please help!
