The strange thing is that it continues to work perfectly fine on Android.

    Hi @Dnovoguitars_,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble with using your Google Drive with Acrobat.

Since you mentioned about the service working fine on Android, would you mind letting us know that platforms where you experience the issue?

    Is it limited to Windows/Mac?

Also, by the description, it seems related to browser authentication or permission handling during the Google OAuth sign-in process.

Would you mind trying out the steps below:

Try linking through Acrobat’s built-in browser window

Sometimes authentication fails if the redirect is handled by an external browser.

    • Open Acrobat / Reader
    • Go to Home
    • Click Add Account under Storage
    • Select Google Drive
    • Complete the sign-in process in the window that opens

Avoid copying the link into another browser tab.

Clear cookies for Google and Acrobat

Cached authentication tokens can block the authorization process:

    1. Open the browser used for authentication.
    1. Clear cookies for:
    • accounts.google.com
    • adobe.com
    1. Restart Acrobat and try linking Google Drive again.

    Check pop-up or tracking protection

Strict browser privacy settings can prevent the OAuth redirect from completing. Make sure that:

    • Pop-ups are allowed

    • Third-party cookies are not blocked for the sign-in window

    • Tracking protection is not preventing redirects

Remove and re-add the integration from Google

    • Open Google Account → Security → Third-party apps with account access

    • Remove Adobe Acrobat

    • Restart Acrobat

    • Try adding Google Drive again from Home → Add Storage

Also, please ensure that Acrobat is on the latest version as per your device for the best experience.

To check for updates on iOS, go to AppStore > search for Acrobat > click on Update (if applicable)

For Windows, Mac, go to Acrobat > Menu > Help > Check for Updates.

Let us know how it goes.

    Regards,

    Souvik
