Adobe Acrobat andorid can't save on OneDrive

My Adobe Acrobat android can't save on OneDrive, even though it used to be and works fine, why is that?For now, the OneDrive I use is paid, please help colleagues

Are you able to access the account through Acrobat Reader Mobile?

We would like to understand the workflow you are using when opening OneDrive files in Acrobat. Is it directly through Acrobat or you open the file in OneDrive and then move over to Acrobat.

Also, do you see any error message when trying to save the file?

We would need more info for troubleshooting:

1. The app version of Acrobat Reader Mobile you use (go to Home-> Profile-> About Acrobat);

2. A screen recording video of the workflow you follow;

3. If the OneDrive account you use is IT managed, please reach out to the IT team to have them check the permissions for accessing the account.
