Adobe acrobat app crash

I've been trying to access my app on my iPhone and it keeps crashing. I can choose my file but then it keeps loading but never opens. I removed the app and reinstalled and now I can't get past the continue button. HELP please.

Hello Lidia,

 

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for the delayed response and your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

Please try the below steps once; 

 

1. Go to settings-> General;

2. iPhone Storage-> Acrobat;

3. Click on Offload;

4. Restart the device;

5. Wait for the application to re-initialize;

6. Once done, try logging back in to the application.
