adobe acrobat app keeps freezing during use

when ever using the adobe acrobat reader app (I have a subscription) it just suddenly freezes and I can’t do anything, not even close the app down but everything else on the laptop continues to work

    @PCStairlifts A little confusing here, because this post in acrobat reader mobile, but yet, you are talking that this in on your laptop…. so which is it? phone or device

    before diving into each one. I would first log out and clear your history, cache and cookies. Restart your device and log back in.

    I downloaded the app on my Lenovo laptop from Microsoft store. I have cleared all of these and still the same

    @PCStairlifts I just installed Adobe CC on the wife’s new PC; and I have no issues on Windows 11. No, granted, I did go through Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App, because I was also installing the other apps too. 


    If you are just downloading Reader, I would uninstall and make sure after it removes it, if anything sits in the trash can, clear it out. And go and use this link directly, and download a fresh reader:
