Adobe Acrobat app no funciona en Motorola

En mi dispositivo Motorola C Plus, cuando abro la aplicación, no termina de hacerlo y me aparece un aviso de error. Luego, cuando la aplicación lleva horas sin usarse, me siguen apareciendo avisos de error, lo cual entorpece el uso de mi dispositivo, como muestro en las capturas que adjunto. Probé a desistalarla y a reinstalarla, pero no sirve de nada, sigue sin dejarme usar la app.

Hi @Laura1995,

 

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

Would you mind trying the below steps:

1. Go to settings-> Apps-> Acrobat-> click on "clear cache"

2. Once done, click on clear data-> click OK

3. Go to PlayStore and check if there are any updates available for Acrobat Reader;

 

Let us know if this works.

Hola,

Limpié la caché de la aplicación pero sigue igual. Mando capturas de los
avisos de fallo.

Would you mind sharing a few pieces of information for further investigation:

1. The device you are using;

2. The Android version your device is running;

3. The version of Acrobat Reader Mobile installed.
