Adobe acrobat app not opening on iphone

I have downloaded the adobe acrobat app for my iphone 7. Previously I was able to download pdf documents and open them from the app. However, now when I select the adobe acrobat app, the home screen freezes, on the symbol with Adobe Acrobat Reader and nothing happens, even if I leave it open for 5 minutes.

I've tried deleting the app and downloading a new version about 5 times. Each time I close the app fully, but the same issue recurs whenever I try to use the app.

Is there a way around this?

We just released Acrobat Reader 18.10.02 to the App Store.

We believe that the problem that you've experienced has been addressed in Acrobat Reader 18.10.02.

Please update to 18.10.02 and let us know if it works for you.

I've also been having this problem as of late. I used to use Adobe fill & sign but now it redirects you to adobe acrobat, where it will open the app for a split second before returning me to the home screen on my iphone. I've tried deleting acrobat and reinstalling it, only for the same thing to happen again. Suggestions?

Hey Adobe, Apple's App Store says the current version is 25.05.05. I'm on iPhone 14 Pro Max running iOS 18.5. My Acrobat worked fine yesterday (6/17), but today it crashes on opening.
