Adobe acrobat crashing on launch

The app keeps crashing on start up and I cannot access my files. I use this everyday for work and is putting paperwork behind. Can someone please help?

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Thank you for the help. Hopefully this can be resolved quick. I need the app working for my job.

i see others complaining and i see the problem too.  ie, it's probably on adobe's end.

Just to add more info. This is happening on both my iPad and my iPhone. I have deleted the app and reinstalled multiple times and tried updating but there is no available update.
