Adobe acrobat not working samsung galaxy s24 ultra

Question

Adobe acrobat not working Galaxy s24 ultra. Updated phone and deleted reinstalled app. Paud for upgrade. Still not working. 
Will not open pdf and eventually states app not responding. 7 day trial before I cancel subscription. Not paying for something that doesnt work.

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

As described the Acrobat Mobile app is not working on your device, please check for any pending/missing updated for your mobile device OS and try updating it and check. Also update the app to the recent version 24.12.0.36835 from the Play Store and reboot the device once and see if that works.
