Adobe Acrobat on Android tablet - comments are lost

Question

Dear all,

I have added handwritten comments to a .pdf document using Adobe Acrobat on an Android tablet. The comments I added in the morning are still shown, all comments I added in the afternoon have disappeared. They neither appear in the text nor in the list of comments.

Is there a way of recovering the notes or is the loss irreversible? It was several hours of work to comment the text, thus the loss would be really unfortunate.

As the comments are lost or not appearing, there is nothing much that can be done. I am afraid to say that it is not possible to recover the lost comments.

We always suggest saving the comments or the changes made on the PDF before closing the application. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
