Question

Adobe acrobat premier on iPad won’t allow me to underline or hight text on any pdf doc

However, I can easily highlight or underline that same pdf on my windows version of Adobe acrobat reader.  This just happened.  It was working fine a short while ago.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my iPad.   Did't fix the problem.  When I select "discover text" on the Adobe premier iPad app menu it takes forever to scan the entire document, but after it finishes and says " text discovered"I still can't underline or highlight the text.  Word search works fine.  Any suggestions?

Steve

Same is true for me. I can use pen to write freestyle but all other commenting functions, I.e., highlighting, strike, underline, etc, have stopped working.  And this is in documents where I have previously used these features. This change/error has made Acrobat effectively unproductive for me. I have already moved to another app which allows me to mark up text freely. But I would like to use Adobe, if they can fix this issue

Thanks for responding so quickly to my message. What application did you
switch to?
