Adobe Acrobat Premium won’t let me edit on PC only Moble?

The Adobe Acrobat Premium subscription I pay for using my Moble phone app for it, won't let me edit on my PC when logged in. It tells me to get a subscription, which I have it with this app and am logged in under this account. It's supposed to let me create, sign, edit, my pdf from mobile device or PC. Why won't it let me do it on PC?

Hi @Brian285470241rzc,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader.

With the mobile premium subscription, you cannot edit or use the functionalities of the desktop version.

To edit on the desktop version, you will need a subscription to either Acrobat Pro DC or Standard DC. This subscription includes availability for Acrobat Reader Mobile too.

To use the free version and remove the installation of McAfee antivirus, you do get the checkboxes to remove them (depending on the geo-location you are putting up).

Hope this clarifies your question.

This is very misleading.  I swear it said I could use it on both.

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Acrobat Premium is a mobile subscription, specifically designed for mobile devices. It can not be used on a desktop. For more information, please check the help page  https://adobe.ly/4dYhGGP

If this is the case, why did I get an email sent to me saying, Welcome to
Adobe Pro and a link to download? By the way, it takes you to a page and
gives you the 404 error, page not found.

Hi @wilson32572013zx05,

When you do not have the same store services on your computer, how can the subscription be recognized when purchased through the store?

If you have multiple devices you want to work on, the preferred option would be to purchase the PRO subscription from Adobe's website: Adobe Acrobat Pro pricing & options | Adobe Acrobat

This subscription allows you to use the subscription irrespective of the platform.

WTF your talking about?? We sign in to verify our purchases. Such riduculous pricing and disappointing service.

Incredibly rediculous!!! It should be in bold!!! At the top and a box to check that says you agree specifically to that! You must pay double to use on all devices. I can't sign in on a school computer!?!?!?

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you want to create, sign, edit, the pdf on PC using Acrobat premium subscription.

Acrobat Premium subscription is only for mobile devices using Android or iOS platform. To Edit and create PDFs on Windows or Mac Platform you would require Adobe Acrobat Pro DC subscription. For more information please check out the help page: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/faq.html

Note: Once you have Acrobat Pro DC subscription you would not require Acrobat Premium services as these services are already included in Acrobat Pro DC.

Going to cancel my subscription and opt for the free reader given this information. The IOS version chokes on any interesting tasks I give to it and I have here a perfectly fine desktop that is now sullied with McAfee software because to hell with me I guess.
