구독중이라고 되어있어서 구독취소를 하고싶은데 안내대로 해도 안됩니다.

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you want to cancel the subscription for Acrobat Premium

I have checked the Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and found that you have bought the subscription via Samsung play store, as its not a direct purchase from Adobe, there isn't much that we can do, please reach out to Samsung play store support team for cancellation.
