If I have and Adobe Acrobat Pro DC license. Do I require a separate license to use full functionality of Adobe Reader app on my iPad Pro?

Adobe Reader is a free application. However, if you have Acrobat Pro license, you will get more benefits and features from Reader on your iPad. Just be sure to sign in with your Adobe name and password in the app.
