Adobe acrobat pro issue

i bought Adobe Acrobat DC Pro through my android device and payment was successful for subscription. After that i got thank you screen on my adobe but still my app shows processing.after view days its ask me to subscribe again like that i didnt paid already.   Kindly find the attached images of my subscription purchased. Kindly solve my problem. Thanks

Try logging out from the application, close the app then login again and see if that works.

Could you please share with us the email address you used for purchase via private message?

Its didn't work . Im so sad actually. Let me explain what happened with mor

details please. .

I subscribe ld th adobe export pdf its should be for (7.47 SAR/ MONTHLY )

AND PAYMENT METHOD WAS (BILL MY STC ACOOUNT ) VIA PHONE NUMBE

00966509942988 . BUT I SUPRRISED that they took from me (89.56) per year

and for nothing now th adobe acrobat aske me again to subscribe.....
