Adobe acrobat reader crashes upon opening on my oneplus 7 pro

Hi, my adobe acrobat reader closes as soon as i open it to view a pdf. I am using a oneplus 7 pro with android version 10. Have installed updates from play store but there is no change. Waited for a few weeks thinking adobe might release a new update with a fix but there isn't any yet.

The only answer is, go playstore, look for Web viewer and uninstall.

Hi,

 

It looks like your phone just received the update to Android version 10

 

If your phone had Android version 9, and the Acrobat Reader mobile app was working before with that OS version, roll back to version 9 until the next Acrobat Reader update.

 

You can also clear the  app cache, reset settings , configure preferences, and uninstall and reinstall.

 

And you may also want to update all of your Google Playstore apps amd services.
