Adobe acrobat reader mobile

I need help with this issue I'm trying to convert some items into docx and it used to work perfectly for me until a couple days ago when I now ipload the paper onto acrobat reader and it comes out all blurry and out of the place how do I fix this issue it's for 4x6 labels and it used to work like a breeze can someone help me figure this out and get it working again I'm so confused and Adobe doesn't even offer support for this again this is for Adobe acrobat reader mobile not dc!

  1.  Make and model of your device? 
  2. Application version?
  3. What happens when you try to convert PDF to Word?
  4. Do you get any error messages? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for a better understanding.
  5. Would you mind sharing the workflow/steps you are doing to export the PDF to Word?

 

Please try to convert the PDF to Word online using the link https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/acrobat/pdf-to-word and see if that helps.

To clarify, you have a PDF and are trying to convert to Word using Reader for iPad? 

 

To help us to help you:

  • Did you purchase extra services? You can't do this directly.
  • What are your exact steps?
  • Does it work with other files? Is it only this one where it doesn't work?
  • Can you show a screen shot of what the PDF looks like and another of what it looks like in Word?

Omg not once did I mention iPad all you guys don't know crap about this app!!
