Adobe Acrobat Reader Mobile: request for a refund

Hi, please if anyone could help me I I was immediately charged  on my allowance when i was trying to do a free trial and i would like a refund the amount that was taken is like 3 days worth of my allowance so please i need a refund!!

I have checked the Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and unable to track any active/paid subscription. If you may have used a different Email for the purchase of the plan, please let us know via private message,  so we can track it further
