Adobe Acrobat Reader on IPad Pro

The app will not even open on a third gen iPad Pro 12. It has been having issues for the last month with retaining comments and highlights when the app is open. But, now it won't open even after multiple restarts. I have the latest update (4 days ago) and still nothing. This is making the app completely useless now. Please provide update to address all the recent issues.
