Adobe Acrobat Reader PDF for Samsung Crashes

I recently bought a Samsung S22 Ultra about 3 months ago. Since I have it, I can't be able to open the Adobe Acrobat Reader PDF for Samsung. As soon as I open it, it crashes. I post a review on the Play Store and a Team Worker for Adobe replied to me saying that he recommend deleting the Cache, I did that and still isn't working.

    To assist you better, could you please let us know the exact scenario when the application crashes, for example, when you try to open any document, when you are trying to edit a document or it simply crashes at launch.

     

    A screen recording of the event would be of great help if you could do it.
