Ver. 21.09.01 fixed it. 
It's ok now and view is correct.

Thank you for posting your query here. Please help me with few details to understand your issue better.

  1. Make and model of your device?
  2. Application version?
  3. Are you getting any error if yes could you please share the screenshot?
  4. Is the issue is with only this file or any file created in previous version is not opening?
  5. Do you have premium subscription? To check please refer : https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobat/ios/en/troubleshooting.html?highlight=about 

 

Try with different files and let us know the behaviour. If all the other files from previous version are working, then this is a file specific issue. In that case you can try below given steps:

  1. Download the PDF file once again
  2. Recreate the PDF document
  3. Install the latest version of Adobe Acrobat/Adobe Reader
  4. Ensure that your have created the document correctly if it was created in InDesign or Illustrator (InDesign or Illustrator for Mac)
