Adobe Acrobat Reader: View, Create, & Convert PDFs - iPad App

We have 11 iPads which all have this app.  2 of the 11 download PDF FORMS but do not recognize them as FORMS.  The other 9 work fine.  I've tried resetting the 2 ipads without success.  What would cause these 2 devices not to work with this app?

Hi,

Would you please provide more information about the problem?

Do all 11 iPads have the same version of Acrobat Reader?

Would you explain what you mean by "do not recognize them"?

Do you see an alert message like this?

Do you see field highlighting in light blue color indicating that the fields are "fillable"?

The PDF is a form meaning it has drop down menus and spaces to fill in text.  On 9 of the ipads this works great.  On 2 of them, the form fields do not show up.  On those it's just a flat PDF.  No error is given....just the form fields are not available.

On the two iPads, it sounds like the PDF forms are already flattened.  Once a PDF form is flattened, it's no longer fillable.

Would you please send the original blank PDF form to the two iPads and see if it works?
