Adobe Android app
I keep on trying to view a PDF, as always, with my Android phone. Lately, however, I can no longer view a PDF on the Android Adobe app downloaded from the Google Play Store. Usually a downloaded PDF from a bank, credit card whatever I would either have the chance to tap on "open file" while I'm waiting and expecting the PDF to download to my phone then it might pop up a few apps of which I'd choose Adobe with a tap and the PDF would open with Adobe for me to read. That no longer works. It's the same thing if I go to downloads on my phone and tap a download (that's a PDF), and it opens in Adobe after I tap on Adobe as the app to use for that file. Unfortunately, both of these ways no longer work. I go as far as tapping the Adobe app; however, when it opens, a paid subscription page opens over the app, forcing me to choose a monthly or yearly plan, which I don't need, and when I tap the X to get rid of the subscription page, the Adobe app closes. I thought the mobile version, at least a user could use to view PDFs for free. Has this changed? Does it now cost money to simply view a PDF on a mobile phone or is there something wrong with the app?
Respectfully,
Barry
