Adobe app not available but cannot clear it from my tablet

As you have mentioned above, the Adobe Reader app is not available, and but you cannot get it off from the device.
Could you please elaborate on the issue you are experiencing for a better understanding?
If the application is not on the device, what exactly are you trying to remove. It would be helpful if you can share the screenshot as well.
