ADOBE DOCS saved last month in the Adobe app on a prior cell phone. I believe also saved to the cloud.

I have installed same app on new phone and signed in.  Why can I not access those docs from last month. ?

Hi,

Hope you are doing well.

As you mentioned above that you have installed the Reader application on a new phone.

Please make sure that you have signed in to the application using the same Adobe ID (email address) that you used on your old device.

If you have saved the PDFs to Document Cloud, changing the phones does not make any changes to those files.

It may be possible that the files were saved on the local storage. In that case, you need to copy those files from the File manager on your previous device.

Then you can add those files to your new device and open them through the Adobe Acrobat Reader mobile application.

Let us know if that helps.

Regards,

Harsh
